1. Commercial Quotations & Price Validity

All wholesale price quotations, rate estimates, and product availability confirmations for Mild Steel Angles (Equal & Unequal ISA) provided through this website, phone consultations (+91 9009272007), or email are subject to prevailing daily raw steel market rates.

Written quotations provided via proforma invoices remain valid strictly for the timeframe specified in the quote. Unless confirmed with advance payment, rates are subject to modification based on steel mill price adjustments.

2. Weighbridge Billing & Rolling Tolerances

All dispatches of Mild Steel Angles are invoiced strictly on the basis of computerized, certified weighbridge gross and tare weights recorded at the time of loading in Raipur, Chhattisgarh:

• IS 2062 / IS 1852 Standards: Structural steel sections are subject to standard rolling tolerances (typically ±2.5% to 5%) in accordance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) specifications.
• Theoretical vs. Actual Weight: Dimensions and theoretical weights per meter listed in our weight chart are standard reference benchmarks. Final invoicing is determined by certified weighbridge gross weight slips.

3. Order Processing, Loading & Logistics

Vehicle loading and yard dispatch commence upon receipt of purchase order confirmation and agreed payment terms. Material transit times depend on destination logistics and road transport permits. The buyer is responsible for arranging crane/manual unloading facilities at the delivery site unless specifically included in the freight contract.

4. Quality Standards & Mill Test Certificates (MTC)

We guarantee that our Mild Steel Angles adhere to authentic IS 2062 Grade E250 / E350 and IS 808 dimensions. Original Manufacturer Mill Test Certificates (MTC) detailing complete chemical composition and mechanical tensile properties will be provided along with dispatch documents upon request.

5. Inspection & Claims

Buyers are encouraged to inspect shipments upon arrival. Any discrepancies regarding bundle count, dimensional variation, or transit damage must be documented on the consignment note and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
